Customers find the product functional and durable, suitable for organizing smaller tools or craft supplies. However, there are significant concerns regarding quality, with many reviews mentioning damage upon arrival, including dents and rust. The color also differs from advertised images, with some customers receiving an all-black unit instead of the expected red and black.
