Customers generally praise the product's attractive appearance and its ability to discreetly store shoes, making entryways look neat and organized. Many reviewers find it functional, with some noting it holds more shoes than advertised. However, opinions on assembly are mixed, with some finding it easy and others encountering difficulties due to unclear instructions or misaligned parts. The quality of the materials is also a point of contention, with some customers finding it to be good for the price, while others express disappointment with its sturdiness and finish.
