Customers praise the product for its stylish appearance, compact size, and practical functionality in organizing and concealing shoes in small spaces. The product is also considered a good value for the price. However, customers have mixed opinions about assembly and quality, noting that the instructions are difficult to follow, the materials are delicate with a tendency to scratch or crack, and certain plastic components feel flimsy.
