Customers generally praise the product's quality, appearance, and design, noting its clean look, nice finish, and elegant, modern style. The size is considered ideal for small bathrooms and narrow spaces. However, there are significant concerns regarding sturdiness, with multiple reviews indicating that the product does not feel secure on the wall, even when mounted on studs, and can slide with minimal weight.
