Customers generally find the product to be beautiful and soft, with many appreciating its appearance and texture. Positive feedback highlights its ability to lay flat easily and its machine-washable quality. However, there are significant concerns regarding the accuracy of the product's representation, particularly with the color, which many reviewers found to be different from the online images, often appearing more blue or grey than beige. Some customers also noted that the product is thin and may not match decor expectations.
