Customers find the product easy to assemble and sturdy, with good quality construction. It is praised for its size, fitting well in narrow spaces and organizing a large number of shoes. However, some reviewers note that the size may not accommodate larger or bulkier footwear, such as men's shoes or boots. The product is generally considered a good value for the price.
