Customers highly praise the product's attractive appearance, sturdy construction, and excellent functionality, noting its sleek design and lightweight nature. Many appreciate that it can be left out as a decorative piece. However, some users find the steps to be a bit shallow, which can affect stability for those with larger feet or who feel unsteady at heights.
