Customers say

Customers report that the product functions well once installed, with a well-designed pull-out mechanism. However, there are concerns regarding the product's value, as some users experienced issues with the soft-close feature and rails breaking within months of purchase. Finding appropriately sized trash cans for the unit also proved difficult for some.
