Customers find the product to be visually appealing and easy to install, with many praising its quality and sturdiness. The wood is described as clean, smooth, and well-made, and the shelves feel solid on the wall. Some reviewers noted that the included wall anchors were of poor quality and needed to be replaced. There were also comments about the mounting bracket being wood instead of metal as advertised, which made accurate hole drilling difficult. Opinions on the color were positive, with customers satisfied with their choices.
