Customers praise the product for its easy assembly, nice appearance, and solid quality that effectively helps organize small spaces. It is noted for its useful functionality and adjustable configuration options. However, customers have mixed opinions about the design, specifically mentioning that the product consists of two separate, unattached pieces and that the screws are visibly exposed.
