The item is very sturdy and went up pretty fast.

I specifically ordered the 72" system not the longer ones because I didn't want to hacksaw the heavy, thick support rails, but they still sent two four foot rails so I had to go through the hassle of cutting them. In addition, some of the shelfs were beat up on the ends. I also ordered a different 60" system by Dotted Line and it came without a support cleat and missing a shelf pin. Just plain frustrating. Even if it came complete, it's really difficult to install.

This turned out beautiful! Maximized the closet space. Easy to install.

Easy to install, great for DIY! Love the flexibility that let’s you customize depending on your walk-in closet size. The only downside was late delivery due to large package sizes. Otherwise, go for it!

This took a while to assemble but it was worth it. Provides tons of usable space in our closet and seems well made.

Product was wrong color and the system was delivered at different times so I could not assemble until everything showed up and it doesn’t help that all shelves were the wrong color

I love the closet system, it makes my closet look way swankier. I'm glad I did the research to find just the right one. One issue I ran into was that my closet was only 70" accross, so I had to have all the tools to cut the two hanging towers (not the central one) down to size. It took a while to assemble, but it was well worth it. The whole unit was much taller than i was anticipating, so i wish i'd measured that a little more precisely before buying, but i still love how it turned out - lots of storage space! I gave this 4 stars because it took a long time for the 6 boxes to arrive (around 2 weeks total), and the instructions could be a little more clear. Also the placement of the hanger rods is not ideal for a narrow closet (half the hanger/clothes would stick out of the unit), so i had to measure & drill my own holes for the clothes to fit nicely inside. The unit looks a little cheap for the price because of all the pre-drilled holes for putting shelves where you want them. This is a nice option for flexibility, but looks tacky. Would be nice if the holes didn't go all the way through the central tower, so that the hanging sides (where it's mostly fixed shelves) looked nicer.
