Wow- the new rustic brick pizzaiolo is beautiful and different from any other authentic dome pizza oven! This oven is also the biggest (and worst) of all the ovens. This oven makes a statement. This oven is the most traditional shape (like the Buena Ventura and Pizzaiolo) but with a different cast stacked stone facade. It has a wider opening and the lower dome conducts heat directly to the oven floor, which makes it ideal for cooking authentic Italian pizzas (in just 90 seconds!). It can even cook two 12″ pizzas at once! But our brick ovens aren’t just for pizzas! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! All of our brick ovens are handmade in Portugal and are triple-insulated, which means the outside of the oven is cool to the touch while the inside is blazing hot! Each oven has an inner layer of brick and mortar, which is then covered with refractory cement. A thick layer of Rockwool insulation is then applied and held down with metal batting before an additional layer of refractory cement.
