Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and modern style of these chairs, noting they look as pictured and even better in person. The product is frequently described as comfortable, with the rope weave contributing to a cozy feel. Assembly is generally considered easy, though some reviews mention minor difficulties with parts or suggest two people for assembly. While many find the quality to be great, a few customers experienced issues with parts not fitting correctly or welding defects, leading to mixed opinions on overall quality. Some users also noted the chairs are a bit lighter and more reclined than expected, potentially better suited for lounging.
