For everyday cleaning, use your vacuum without a beater bar on the lowest power setting. You can also spot clean stains with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and blot dry. Rotate for even wear.

You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat. For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.
