And I know it says not to use power tools, but if you are careful and have your drill on low, it makes the process go SO much faster! First one took 6 hours to assemble with hand tools. The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. I thought I knew my measurements before I ordered this closet organizer and it turns out it is a little big for the closet. And once its assembled, what are you going to do? We will make it work.. This system was installed for me by a renovation crew working on my new home. I am told that it was easy to assemble and appears to be spacious and sturdy. However, it is not trimmable and was slightly too wide for the space; the website says it can be cut to fit.
