I've purchased a few items from Wayfair in the past, but I was in the middle of moving into my New Jersey apartment by myself, so things were too hectic to leave a review back then. However, I recently bought a Portable Hemming Machine and am so satisfied with it that I finally decided to write one. It’s the same brand I used to own. Although this is a slightly lower-tier model than my previous one, the price was about the same. I bought my old one in-store, but it’s really hard to find this specific brand and model from other suppliers right now. Plus, from my experience, other places usually have slow shipping. Since I needed it urgently, I went with Wayfair again based on my previous good experiences, hoping for fast delivery. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. Wayfair's customer service was incredibly kind and handled both the return and refund smoothly. I’d like to express my belated gratitude for that as well! Of course, this time the purchase was absolutely perfect with zero issues, so I didn't even need to contact customer service. Above all, this item is hard to find elsewhere, and even if I had found it, I highly doubt I would have received it this quickly. Wayfair never disappoints. It was a truly satisfying purchase. I was a bit skeptical at first about these dress forms since a) the price - I've been searching for dress forms for a few months since I needed a total of 10 dress forms. I had previously found five on other sites for reasonable prices, but later found prices increased by 200% leaving me priced out of my range. b) these were recycled pieces. After chatting with a customer service rep and being assured these were thoroughly checked prior to sales I took a chance since the price was such a value that I could purchase five without breaking the bank. What a surprise when I unboxed these forms, they are exceptional. Not only are they in perfect condition, they are study; they are taller than expected while exceeded my expectations; are more stable than others I've purchased and will work perfectly for many years to come. Have ordered 3 of these for my online clothing business. They are just what I needed. The smaller one is about a 2T size and the larger is a 3T-4T...Perfect. They do have a smell when they are first unboxed, but it does fade over time.
