Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance, noting its contemporary matte black and wooden look, and unique style that stands out from other blanket ladders. The item is described as solidly built, sturdy, and functional, with a beautiful design that works well in various settings. Some reviewers mentioned that it is lightweight and a good value for the price. However, a recurring concern is the lack of included hardware for wall mounting, with some customers also wishing for more secure attachment points.
