Customers appreciate the attractive, rustic appearance of this product, with many finding it cute and a good quality item. However, opinions on value are mixed, with several reviewers finding the product overpriced given the quality. Concerns were raised about the wood quality, uneven measurements, and inadequate hanging hardware, leading some to reinforce the shelves themselves.
