Customers find the product easy to assemble and appreciate its compact size, making it ideal for small spaces. However, opinions are mixed regarding its heating performance, with some users noting it takes a while to heat up and that the heat distribution is not uniform. Additionally, there are concerns that the product does not include all advertised features, such as the color therapy lamp and Bluetooth speakers. Despite these drawbacks, many consider it a good value for the price.
