Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and rich colors, noting that it often looks even better in person than in online images. The quality is frequently highlighted as excellent, with many reviewers finding the tiles well-made and a great value. While generally accurate to product representations, some customers noted a glossy finish when expecting matte. However, there are concerns regarding durability, with several reviews mentioning that the tiles can chip or break easily, especially during cutting or installation.
