Customers praise the product for its high quality, attractive appearance, and beautiful colors that match online photos. They also appreciate that it arrives fully assembled and ready to use right out of the box. The seating is noted for being very comfortable with a smooth, silent swivel function. However, customers have mixed opinions about size, with some finding it perfect for smaller spaces while others feel it sits a bit too low or is smaller than expected.
