Customers praise the product's quality, material, and appearance, noting its comfortable feel and attractive design. Many reviewers appreciate the durability and the color, with some stating it is true to online images. However, some customers have noted that the color can appear blue-green rather than gray, and there are mixed opinions on the pattern's subtlety. Shedding has also been mentioned as an issue.
