Due to its weight and large base, this chair was tough to maneuver. I couldn't roll it through a standard doorway, so I had to tip it sideways, requiring two people. I found the adjusting mechanisms hard to use. Overall good quality appeared well-made, and the fabric and cushions were good. It was hard to disassemble, but the return process was easy, and the return shipping cost seemed fair. I wanted to love this chair It's a great idea but didn't work for me.. Debbie. Great color and fabric, easy to assemble. Comfortable, but not plush. I normally replace chairs wheels with very soft rubber wheels for laminate floor protection. But these standard 11x22mm stem wheels seem slightly soft and maybe safe enough. Would by from them again without hesitation.. Janice H. Usa Arizona. Thu Oct 26 2023
