The chair is made from very very good, firm leather. It looks, feels and acts like a typical "club" chair. The chair seat is on the narrow side, so keep that in mind. Sigh. We were fine to wait 2 months for this chair and then it arrived damaged, due to being shipped in just BUBBLE WRAP! Also, there was a sharp staple gun spike poking through one of the arms and we received a grey chair instead of the darker 'anthracite' (charcoal) colour ordered. All that aside, the upholstery and design is lovely, so we decided to manage the issues and keep the chair anyway. But no more bubble wrapping without a protective box and packing, PLEASE!. Armando.
