The furniture is fantastic, and the price is excellent. One of my favorite features is that it’s modular, allowing you to configure it in many different ways. I was torn between having two loungers, a daybed, or a sectional. In the end, I realized I could have all of those options simply by rearranging the pieces. I bought several pieces because I wasn’t sure exactly how I wanted to set everything up, but the final result is perfect. Some people may think this furniture sits too low, but to me that’s part of its modern aesthetic. Modern furniture should be low-profile. As for comfort, the cushions are exceptionally thick and very comfortable. We’ve already had some rain, and the cushions dry surprisingly quickly. I also had a friend accidentally burn one of the cushion covers with a cigarette. Customer service responded promptly and sent me a replacement cover at no charge. Later, I accidentally ordered the wrong replacement cover myself, and once again customer service quickly stepped in and sent the correct one without any hassle, also free of charge. Love it! I was worried about the low profile, but once the cushions are on it is perfect and very comfy. The cushions have removable covers which is so noce. You are able to connect the pieces so they will not seperate apart. TERRIBLE! Only 4 chairs were sent to me instead of 6 and Wayfair refuses to send the other 2 chairs that I PAID for, even after providing photos of the package that was delivered.
