I am extremely happy with this outdoor couch! I purchased them to be a set with 2 chairs through Wayfair as well. They match perfectly and everything is very comfortable. I do agree that the seat cushions could be a little thicker to provide more comfort, however I've already spent a lot of time sitting out on this couch and have been comfortable enough! It is beautiful and such a great size for relaxing on. For reference, I am 5 ft 5 in and my husband is over 6 ft. Neither of us have complaints about comfort. The couch was very easy to put together. I really like this sofa. I got royal blue and it really looks great on my deck. It was packaged great and only took about 30 minutes for 2 people to assemble (the only reason you need 2 people is so one can hold pieces while the other screws them in). All the holes lined up and the parts were perfect. I really wanted a high-backed sofa so I could have my neck supported and doze more easily - and they perfectly fits the bill. I only have 2 minor issues. As another reviewer said, the fabric is scratchy. Now, it's waterproof so It's not going to be super soft but I didn't like the way it felt on my bare arms. It's also hot, which I attribute to the waterproof nature negatively affecting breathability. But, it holds the heat of the day for quite a while after the sun has set. I found the cushions to be thick, firm, and very nice otherwise. But I could slightly feel a vertical bar behind my end/back cushion and it bothers me every now and then. I am a large person but not heavier than the weight capacity of the sofa (by far) so I don't know if my discomfort had to do with my size. I did not purchase the Carolina ottomans - the ones you see in the photos are by the same company but are called Gaetanino Wicker Outdoor Ottoman - I love them. I recommend this sofa!. Lisa. Very nice, quality outdoor couch! Very easily to put together with one person. The cushions are thick and stiff. Not too stiff to feel overly uncomfortable-you can tell that overtime this couch will be a dream to sit/sleep on. The back cushions are angular, which is very nice.
