As a sofa, it is super sink-in comfy. We haven't slept on the sleeper yet but we did try it out and it seems great. We didn't realize until it arrived but the sleeper is meant to slept on between the sofa arms, rather than from the back out, like traditional sofa sleepers. Regardless, we did have a sense going in that this won't be great for our taller guests but it still works for us. We ordered this in Dorset Cherry Performance Chenille and we love it. It’s also super lightweight, which is nice for a one woman show of getting it in the house. The charging banks are one of my favorite features! Each side has two regular outlets and two usb ports so plenty of options for charging. It’s definitely a practical feature for a reception or waiting area. Now I know this is meant to be a reception sofa and not a big living room couch but it still feels small. It’s shorter and lower to the ground than I expected. Depending on height you will definitely notice it’s a little awkward. It’s comfortable, functional, and easy to clean sofa so overall well worth the value. Just wish it sat a little higher.. We received the sofa 10 days late and Wayfair team didn't seem to take any responsibility for their delay; we were not happy with their customer services and the delivery date has changed a few times until we received the sofa. The sofa itself is nice, good quality and the color (cream) was similar to the photos. There were some stains on the sofa; we decided to let go of those as we didn't originally receive the greatest costumer services anyways. If it wasn't for the negligence of the customer services team, I would have given this sofa a 4 star. This was the first time I had such an experience with Wayfair and I am shocked that not all reps are trained the same or hold the same set of costumer services standards.
