Customers say

Customers find the product easy to assemble and appreciate the variety of colors available. However, opinions are mixed regarding comfort, with some finding it firm and not ideal for lounging, while others note issues with cushion fit and support. The ottoman's stability and the back cushions' height are also points of concern for some users.
