Retro Solid Hallway Runners

This is a wonderfully made rug. One thing you can't really tell from the photos is that the background and the white arcs are loop, two of the white geometric designs are "shag" (short pile), and one of the geometric designs may be loop (it's hard to tell). I've added close up photos. These different weaves add interest to the rug. After reading that wool rugs work fine in bathrooms, I purchased this one for my guest bathroom to add a bit of visual interest. Very happy with this excellent quality rug at a good price.. Suitable for all interior residential spaces including but not limited to living rooms, family rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and entryways. The sumptuous texture of the rug pile softens hard surfaces when layered over tile, stone, and hardwood floors. Maintain the rug by vacuuming with suction only, vacuums with beater bars are not recommended, and spills and stains should be treated by a professional cleaner.

Really thick, lovely, carpet-feeling rug. Not shag, but not low pile either. Stays in place super well, but is definitely pilling and shedding crazily in this first week. According to research it might be doing this for the first month or so so we’ll find out if that’s really all it is or if we’re utilizing our warranty . Hannah. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Sep 27 2026
