The geometric gestures of this decorative area rug recall the distinctive shapes of the American modern art movement. Featuring muted hues and characteristic flair, this rug shows off a fluid, hectic landscape of overlapping shapes and lines in red, brown, and black colors with orange and blue accents. Hand-tufted from 100% New Zealand wool, it features a medium 0.5'' pile height that cushions your feet while still being easy to vacuum. Although it comes with a cotton and canvas backing, we recommend adding a rug pad underneath to keep it from shifting and sliding on your floor.

The sumptuous texture of the rug pile softens hard surfaces when layered over tile, stone, and hardwood floors. Maintain the rug by vacuuming with suction only, vacuums with beater bars are not recommended, and spills and stains should be treated by a professional cleaner.

Really thick, lovely, carpet-feeling rug. Not shag, but not low pile either. Stays in place super well, but is definitely pilling and shedding crazily in this first week. According to research it might be doing this for the first month or so so we’ll find out if that’s really all it is or if we’re utilizing our warranty. Hannah. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Sep 27 2026

This is a wonderfully made rug. One thing you can't really tell from the photos is that the background and the white arcs are loop, two of the white geometric designs are "shag" (short pile), and one of the geometric designs may be loop (it's hard to tell). I've added close up photos. These different weaves add interest to the rug. After reading that wool rugs work fine in bathrooms, I purchased this one for my guest bathroom to add a bit of visual interest. Very happy with this excellent quality rug at a good price.. I like the pattern, but it sheds a lot!!. Niromi. Sacramento, CA. Mon Jun 15 2026

This is a very high quality gray rug. It was not truly gray though, as the picture would seem to be....it is a two tone black & white, and maybe, just maybe, if you stood in the next room, it might appear to give off a gray tone, with the 2 colors mixing together, fooling your eye. I wanted a solid dark gray....this is not. I ended up keeping it, because it was too much trouble to send back. It is a nice rug, soft, thick, and I am getting used to it.. Cheryl. Marco Island, FL. When I received this red area rug to my surprise it was flecked with silver strands. I thought maybe I received the incorrect item. However, sure enough when I went back to review the item you can see them. I don’t know how I missed it because if I’d payed attention I would not have ordered this item. I was quite disappointed, but it’s not worth the hassle to return it. I was excited to purchase it as I was looking for a red area rug and really liked the shape. The color is bright, and while the padding is quite shallow, it’s fluffy. Minus the silver flecks it would be a beautiful addition to your decor. I would strongly suggest this fact be included in the product description. Perhaps there’s a market for area rugs with silver flecks I would venture to say the majority would not choose to have them.. Sherri. MI. Tue Apr 15 2025
