I really like this 8x10 rug, and it looks just like I expected it to; however; I also ordered a 5x8 oval rug with the same manufacturer, and received a 5’3” rug that was nothing like what I ordered. I did call and they are sending out the rug I actually ordered. I am now supposed to send back the ‘wrong rug’ even though it was 100% the fault of Wayfair. I have to take it to FedEx in the original package or get a box I was told. Wayfair should send a FedEx truck to my home and pick up this item. We've had this runner on steps + hallway in our multi-level house for a couple of years now. We like it so much we're going to buy the same one for a hallway on a different level. It is mostly tan/brown but has a grey overlay in places as well. So it looks great with both beiges and greys.
