Rug does not have traction. Does not lay flat. Requires effort to eliminate folded areas that are buckling due to packaging and thin quality.. Mayra. Ocala, FL. Wed Oct 07 2026

The rug is really cute in my little kitchen. It is not the one shown, it is the 5'6" round brown/yellow with the rooster in the middle with pictures of famous posters surrounding the rooster, It's nicely made and the colors are vibrant and go well with all of my things, including the Sikora red/orange floral drapes (reviewed earlier) nearby. It was difficult to order because the website was confusing. It took several tries and a number of phone calls, but the service representatives always tried to be very helpful and the confusion eventually got resolved.. E.c.. PA. Tue Dec 29 2020

Delivery date was moved twice, and still didn’t show up. I contacted customer service and they acted immediately, and my rug arrived three days later. Annmarie was the nicest rep I have ever dealt with. The rug is exactly as pictured, though the picture looks like the patchwork is actually stitched together. Of course it is not- those rugs are very expensive. It’s unique and fun, more plush than I expected. It does show vacuum tracks, which I don’t care for, but they don’t last long. The reason for only 1 star, is that the rug is slippery! Whatever the fiber finish, I have slipped on it twice barefoot and in socks. I imagine shoes with a slick sole would also be a risk. (The rug does not move the surface is slippery). It would never occur to me that a rug would have this issue. I don’t see how I can keep a rug that is a hazard to me, and potentially my visitors! So disappointed!. Pc. Saint Peters, MO. Thu May 20 2021
