This washable rug is perfect under our little boxes in the closet. It’s soft and colorful, and really easy to machine wash. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone with kids or animals like us. This rug is more gray than white. The muted pattern works well in my bedroom which has black furniture. The rug is close to the stated dimensions (slightly smaller) so I had to cut the rug pad down to fit this rug. The top surface of the rug is smooth yet has a great feel underfoot.
