The Jury is out on the 'washable' part since it's so big 8x 10 and thick there's no way I could wash it but hoping it spot washes well. Removed a star since it shows footprints like snow - but for the price it's a good rug. Probably temporary depending on how it holds up but happy to give it a chance.. Angela. USA. Mon Oct 12 2026

With machine-washable convenience, durable construction, and a non-slip TPR backing, this rug delivers long-lasting style, safety, and excellent value for bedrooms, nurseries, living rooms, and entryways.

I purchased this rug for my personal office space- it looked very plus and good on the feet. To my surprise, it is in fact comfy, and a decent size for my desk space. Setup was straightforward, just had to cut the plastic wrap and unravel. For the price, I cant complain, the color is great, and adds some character to the room. The only issue I experienced is that since my desk area is somewhat big and by having a rolling chair, sometimes I fall out of the rug area and the wheel can pull up the rug when trying to get back without lofting. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.. Anonymous. Tue Aug 04 2026

Scalloped Washable Area Rug – Where Premium Comfort Meets Practical DurabilityDiscover the perfect blend of luxury and functionality with our premium area rug. Designed for busy households that refuse to compromise on style, this washable carpet brings together three key innovations:🔹 THE TPR NON SLIP BACKINGSay goodbye to curled edges and sliding rugs. Our full-coverage TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) backing is a significant upgrade over traditional PVC dot backing. It provides superior grip on all floor types, remains flexible in all seasons, and—most importantly—won't shrink, bubble, or peel after machine washing. Your rug stays exactly where you put it.🔹 REAL-LIFE CLEANING MADE EASYWhether it's a spilled morning coffee, muddy paw prints, or art project messes, this washable rug handles it all. For quick cleanups, use a handheld vacuum or spot clean. For deep cleaning, machine wash on gentle cycle and air dry.🔹 WHAT TO EXPECT WITH FOLDED DELIVERYTo ensure your rug arrives safely without shipping damage, it's carefully folded packed. Upon opening, you may notice temporary creases from packaging—this is completely normal. Simply lay the rug flat and allow 1-3 days for creases to naturally relax and disappear. For faster results, gently reverse-roll the folded areas. We recommend against using heavy furniture to flatten creases right away, as the fibers need time to recover naturally.

very soft and good quality!. Hugo. Las Vegas, NV. Wed Jul 22 2026

Made with a soft 100% polyester surface, this heathered rug brings understated style to living rooms, bedrooms, and offices. A black base blends with charcoal-gray shading and fine lighter streaks, creating a textured appearance rather than a uniform jet-black finish. The overall color may appear more gray depending on lighting and viewing angle. Its thin, flexible construction and low 0.17-inch pile fit easily beneath furniture. Non-slip backing helps reduce shifting on clean, dry floors; a rug pad may provide additional cushioning and stability where needed. Machine wash according to the care instructions or spot clean for everyday upkeep. The rug arrives folded in a compact box, and visible fold lines may gradually ease with use.

I love how rugs get delivered folded up and in boxes now, but the downfall is they have creases. This is not a thick rug because it is washable, but it is soft! I hope the creases come out after a few vacuums and some foot traffic over it. I thought the color would be darker based on the pictures in the item description.. Ashley. Cheboygan, MI. Softest runner that gives a pop of pretty color to a cement floor and feels so nice under bare feet!. Jennifer. Mount Kisco, NY. Tue Aug 11 2026

The rug is truly as pictured. The color, thickness and quality were as expected. It might have a bit more light blue than I thought but since it’s in a darker hall I thought it would brighten the area. I also bought the plush 13 rug pad - Wayfair basics. Together they feel great but they are thicker than some may want. It rolled out fine. The edges still need to lay down a bit further so we make a point to walk on them as we pass through. Very happy with purchase.. Beth. Cincinnati, OH. Mon Oct 19 2026

This wool area rug rolls out a classic feel in your home. Hand-tufted, its design features integrated black and gray tones for a neutral, timeless look that goes with a wide range of color palettes. Plus, the material is naturally stain-resistant for holding up to everyday use. The higher pile height is plush, making it just right for rooms that need a little extra coziness, like your bedroom, home office, or den. We recommend using a rug pad for added stability and cushioning.

I've had this rug for over a year with no issues. It has texture without having big knots or loops. I like jute and sisal but not the smell or the shedding, so wool it is. I am super picky about my rugs. This rug arrived undamaged, with barely a scent and laid flat right away. It does not shed. I love that the edges are finished well, not serged which could fuzz or unravel. Easy to vacuum. It's very thick and soft underfoot, no rug pad. I have the 8x10 under a king bed in my guest room. I ordered the blue color (forgot what it was called at the time. Denim?) which is now called color 8? I absolutely HATE that Wayfair will no longer commit to naming its colors, heaven forbid the customers insist the rug that arrived doesn't match the color name or a photo we can barely see. Impossible to have faith in this company when it comes to rugs now. I was thinking of ordering the same rug in 9x12 for my family room but now I don't trust the color "8". Mine arrived more dominant in ivory with very narrow lines of blue, which was even better for me. It really lightened the room. But if you are looking for dominant blue from afar, this is not it. I will not be surprised if Wayfair starts eliminating reviews now. I rely heavily on reviews so I hope this helped you.. Kat. SE. Wed Jun 03 2026

This area rug brings a bold foundation to any indoor space. It's power-loomed from polyester, and it features a solid black design. To care for this rug, vacuum it without a beater bar or rotating brush, or get it professionally cleaned.
