Everything was perfect with the rug until I washed it. Most sheepskins can be washed when soiled. However when I washed it in cold it shrunk and was all bubbly on the skin side. Made me wonder if it was real skin. I had taken it to a yoga camping festival and it got pretty brown, that is why I washed it. Other feom this, I give it 5 stars as long as you don’t wash it.. Beautiful and unique throw rug!! I got this initially having it in mind to layer on top of another rug in this room but as my larger rug has been on back order I’ve had this draped over the back of this green couch temporarily and am actually really loving it and will probably keep it here!!! I checked measurements but still it seems slightly larger than I had imagined and is great quality for the price especially. I wanted something unique for my “boho glam” mid century meets 70’s 80’s style sunroom makeover and I am very happy with this choice. Cow hide would have worked but it wouldn’t have been as perfect for this space and vibe as the tiger!! This is your sign to buy the rug.. Ashley. Mechanicsville, VA. Wed Feb 02 2022

Authentic Icelandic sheepskin layers natural, untouchable texture as a super-soft rug or luxe throw draped over the sofa, chair, or bed. Generously sized larger than others we've seen, each sheepskin is a unique undyed pelt, so each rug/throw has a different coloring, which shows its natural beauty.
