Adult Shag 7' x 9' Rugs

Shag is back, baby! At nearly 2'' tall, this rug's pile height is long enough to make a statement in any space. Made in Turkey, it is power-loomed from polyester and features a solid hue for versatility. Regular vacuuming will help keep this rug looking fresh, but we also recommend professional cleaning from time to time. To keep this piece safely in place, we recommend using a rug pad.

My daughter loves her rug! It is the right height when it comes to being a shag and super soft. Good quality! The purple sheer curtains and 6 drawer kids dresser in the color beige is also from WayFair! Super happy and she loves her room!. Nichole. Arizona. Sat May 16 2026

Perfect layered over wood floors and wall-to-wall carpets alike, area rugs add a little something special to any space you call home. Take this Wallis Taupe Rug, for instance: sporting a neutral crosshatched pattern, this design is a fitting choice for mid-century modern and contemporary aesthetics in your teen's living space. This Wallis Taupe Rug is crafted from stain- and fade-resistant polypropylene fibers with a medium pile height for a long-lasting look that stands up to occasional foot traffic. A rug pad is recommended.

Beautiful and soft! Arrived with some slight discoloration at the end of the rug, as the plastic covering was ripped and it was exposed during shipping, but fortunately we are using in the living room and it is covered by another piece of furniture.. Alexandria. Framingham, MA. Mon Aug 03 2020
