Whether it's anchoring a study, a formal dining room, or a bold bedroom, this piece brings a sense of timeless character and earthy elegance to any modern home.

I like this rug runner a lot. It is protecting my carpet in a heavy traffic area. It is nice to look at and soft to walk on but not slippery, in fact it hasnt moved on the carpet since I put it down either. It feels secure. It also blends in well, neutral and not too obvious. Another reason I wanted the floor protected here is because my new puppy keeps peeing in this spot. I was so impressed to see that when she peed on the rug (it was inevitable) that it formed a bubble on top and didnt soak in. There must be some stain protection. This made my day!. Colleen. Featuring a soft palette of sage green and blush rose set against a luminous cream background, it effortlessly captures the romantic essence of a vintage garden. The intricate ornate border adds a layer of sophistication, making it the perfect centerpiece for a bright kitchen or an inviting hallway.

This really is a beautiful rug, it does say that it’s washable but the size I got is way too large so I will not be able to wash it in a standard machine. It does have more white in it than I expected so if you have young children or pets, you may wanna put it somewhere where it’s off-limits to them. I put mine in the guest room, which is not used on a frequent basis and the door is shut, so the animals cannot get in the color combination is extremely appealing. I took a star off for the color being muted, and the fact that it really cannot be washed in a standard machine.. Kathy. Prosperity Sc. Wed Jul 22 2026

Bring the timeless elegance of old world craftsmanship into your modern home with the Safavieh Machine Washable Area Rug. This area rug features a stunning traditional medallion design that has been artistically distressed to create a lived in, vintage aesthetic. The intricate floral motifs are woven in rich hues of deep rust, warm beige and subtle hints of teal, creating a focal point that feels both sophisticated and inviting.

I love this rug! I had a regular kitchen runner in front of my sink island and it never felt very comfortable, so I ordered this and I’m so glad I did! And it was kind of an odd size (3x5) for a kitchen rug, but I wanted to give it a shot. It’s almost the same length as the runner, but it’s a bit wider width, which I love because I have a wide space between my island and my opposite counter. But what I really love about it is that it has more thickness than the previous rug and it is so, so velvety soft under foot. I’m usually in the house & kitchen barefoot, so this plush feeling is really important to me. It’s still a low profile rug, but the way it’s finished feels really luxe and plush. It has a fairly good non-slip backing - enough to mostly stay in place on my slate-look ceramic tile floors. It’s a printed pattern, but very detailed and well done. The deep reds and creams add some color and vibrancy to what is in otherwise pretty much black-and-white kitchen. It’s held up perfectly for the past month under constant foot traffic and the occasional water splashes from the sink - still looks like brand new. And like I said it feels so good underfoot; there’s some sort of thin layer of foam so it feels more cushy than a standard rug does. I love the pattern. I love the color. I love the feel. I highly recommend this rug. It’s an excellent price point, so if it does start to show wear and tear, which kitchen rugs usually do, I will gladly replace it with the exact same one. The pictures description and dimensions are accurate on the website. It’s exactly what I wanted and more!. Erin. Austin, TX. Sat Aug 15 2026
