The material is super cute and looks like it does in the pictures. I put mine in front of the tray with my kitty's food and water fountain, and I can report that the material is easy to wipe clean as needed. I love the length of the mat and that I can use it in front of the stove and in front of the space I use for prepping my baked goods. I purchased two of these mats for the kitchen. One is in front of the cooktop and the other is in front of the sink. The brown looks great on our new LVP flooring, and they seem to be very high quality. The texture is easy to clean since there aren't any nooks and crannies, which is a bonus. They are very heavy, but still "walk" across the floor a little bit after a couple days. I don't mind having to reposition them though, and overall am very satisfied with my purchase.. Anonymous.
