So far I REALLY like this rug. I’m used to light colors but I am looking for a change as we head into the fall season. I think once I have it all decorated the way that I want to the rug is going to be a phenomenal focal point and everything will be pulled in together beautifully. It is lightweight, yet it feels very cushiony under foot. I love the that it’s not pure white and it’s more of a beige. I think the weathered striations in the black portion of the rug are probably what threw me off a little bit at first but as I’m sitting here writing this review I’m enjoying the rug more and more. It is definitely slipslide proof because it has a nice cushioned rubber backing. This rug is pretty sweet and I’m excited to see what my space is going to look like when complete!. Angel. Made with a soft 100% polyester surface, this heathered rug brings understated style to living rooms, bedrooms, and offices. A black base blends with charcoal-gray shading and fine lighter streaks, creating a textured appearance rather than a uniform jet-black finish. The overall color may appear more gray depending on lighting and viewing angle. Its thin, flexible construction and low 0.17-inch pile fit easily beneath furniture. Non-slip backing helps reduce shifting on clean, dry floors; a rug pad may provide additional cushioning and stability where needed. Machine wash according to the care instructions or spot clean for everyday upkeep. The rug arrives folded in a compact box, and visible fold lines may gradually ease with use.

I took a close-up of the pile so you can see what solid heathered black looks like. In my opinion, its a bit more gray than black. I do like that it has a pretty nice non-slip grip backing and that its soft to walk on. I also like that the description said its machine washable. The description on the website said that the creases will come out if you roll it up or over time as you walk on it, so I hope those creases work their way out, because at the moment it doesnt look the greatest.. Great quality rug. Does not slip. There is more blue in the rug than what is seen on the website. Otherwise, it is similar to what I expected.. Jummy. St. Catharines, ON. Tue Sep 29 2026
