I like this rug runner a lot. It is protecting my carpet in a heavy traffic area. It is nice to look at and soft to walk on but not slippery, in fact it hasnt moved on the carpet since I put it down either. It feels secure. It also blends in well, neutral and not too obvious. Another reason I wanted the floor protected here is because my new puppy keeps peeing in this spot. This was what I expected. The area rug is very soft, the rubber back is great for not sliding around. The colour is actually better than the images online.
