I would say 4.5 stars for price and softness of material. 3 stars for the snags and some more pink than beige threads. Lighting is a little dim in the photo. I bought this rug for my laundry room. When it arrived at first I was disappointed when I saw the material-I was expecting something more like a cotton hooked rug and it is definitely not but it is surprisingly soft under foot and has a very low pile. This is a beautiful rug, but I had to give it four stars because when it arrived, the blue was very different than in the pictures. It was more of a of aqua with a lot of green in it green base blue, which was not what we were looking for for my client so we had to send it back, but it looks like a very high-quality rug.. Jill.
