- EASY CARE: Handmade rugs should be treated more carefully than machine-made rugs due to the artisanal nature in which they are created. When vacuuming use without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Spot clean stains immediately with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and blot dry. Rotate for even wear.
- COMPACT SHIPPING: Your rug will arrive factory rolled/folded and may have creases from tight packaging and compression during storage. These normally flatten within 3-7 days. You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat.
