• An initial "new rug rug" smell is normal once any rug is packaged immediately after manufacturing. For those with sensitives to smell it is recommended that the area rug is left in a well-ventilated warm space and that the space is used as little as possible for at least 72 hours.
• Please note: Due to the elasticity of the materials used to make this rug, all rug sizes are approximate and can vary up to 1+ inches on all sides depending on the loom and time of year woven.
• The use of a rug pad is recommended; initial creasing is normal, and these will generally fall out within a few days to a week; tightly reversing rolling the rug (pile side out) and leaving it in a warm area for several hours will aid in the removal of creases or lingering fold marks as well.
