The Wool Multicolor Antique American Folk Art Hooked Hallway Runner Rug is an exceptional example of American textile craft dating from the 1920s. Hand-hooked using wool, this runner showcases a striking basketweave motif created by alternating vertical and horizontal blocks of looped wool. The allover geometric design features a sophisticated multicolor palette of soft creams, dusty blues, sage greens, and subtle terracotta hues. Measuring 3ft by 27.05ft with a 0.5-inch pile height, this durable piece is designed specifically for long, narrow spaces. Its robust construction and unique visual rhythm make it a compelling architectural element, ideal for lending warmth and authenticity to high-traffic areas in contemporary interiors.
