Customers praise the product for its large capacity, space-saving size, and easy assembly. Many find it to be a good value that efficiently holds numerous shoes, such as sneakers and flats. However, customers have mixed opinions about sturdiness, with some noting it feels flimsy and unstable when full, and that it struggles to accommodate high heels or boots.
