Meal prepping is a great way to save time in the morning, portion control your meals, and start cooking more for yourself. Pick a day in your week and cook up a storm! When you're done, portion out your meals in the 3 divided sections of the container. Store them in the freezer to keep them safe for the week. Heat it up in the microwave at work and toss it in the dishwasher when you get home. The 3 sections of this lunch box are 2 1/4 cup, 3/4 cup, and 1/2 cup big as recommended by nutritionists.
