Customers praise the product's quality, color, and appearance, describing it as thick, well-made, and luxurious-looking. Many appreciate the rich colors and elegant design. However, some experienced excessive shedding, which lessened over time for some but persisted for others. A few also noted that the raised design elements could be uncomfortable.
