Customers find the product to be visually appealing, with many praising its appearance and how it enhances their decor. The item is described as soft, comfortable, and of good quality, with the material being noted as fluffy and authentic-looking. However, some customers have expressed mixed opinions regarding the material, with a few noting that it sheds or clumps easily, and one reviewer felt it was not a true cushion but merely a piece of material. Color is generally well-received, though one review mentioned the white shade was not pure white.
