• Setting up your Rug: Remove from packaging and roll out the rug on the ground - we recommend pairing it with a rug pad to keep the item in place. Flatten out your rug by placing heavy objects on the edges. The rug should flatten out within a few days.
• Shedding of loose fibers is normal with new rugs. Shedding will diminish with regular vacuuming, typically within three to six months.
