Customers are highly satisfied with the product's appearance, describing it as gorgeous and beautiful, exceeding expectations. The size is noted as great for small spaces, and the color is generally well-received, though some mention it appears more brushed brass than gold. While the overall impression is very positive, with mentions of sturdiness and being a great value, some customers noted that the top scratches easily.
